The Business Analyst role will involve working on finance projects and finance improvements
Your duties will include:
- Running workshops such as discovery sessions etc. Understanding as is processes, and translate these into process maps and standard operating procedures
- Drive change initiatives by communicating proposed changes, providing training and support to stakeholders, and ensuring smooth transition to new processes
- Supporting with data cleansing processes, data migration and testing processes
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, procedures, and policies
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience of working within a finance function
- Experience of the application of Business Analysis methods and tools
- Experience in process design
- Experience of consulting activities and techniques including facilitating stakeholder groups
