A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Powder Coater to join an excellent bespoke manufacturer in the Weston area.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Perform powder coating processes, including surface preparation, material handling, spraying, and curing, to ensure high-quality finishes.
- Select and mix appropriate powder coatings according to job requirements, ensuring accurate colour matching and consistent results.
- Set up and operate powder coating equipment, including spray guns, booth systems, and ovens, following safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct quality inspections to identify defects, such as uneven coatings or imperfections, and make necessary adjustments to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the powder coating area, including equipment, tools, and work surfaces.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- 6 months as a powder coater/ finisher in an industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of powder coating processes, equipment, and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and job instructions.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Package and Benefits:
- £25,000 - 35,000 DOE
