Zest Recruitment and Legal Consultancy are recruiting an Office Support Assistant for a Top 50 Law Firm based in Cardiff City Centre.

This is a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Cardiff office. The main responsibilities include:

  • Front of House.
  • Copying, printing and scanning documents / arrange for large scale printing.
  • Diary Management.
  • Facilities Management.
  • Post.
  • Health & Safety / DSE assessments.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience essential and a strong work ethic.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise/
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Office Assistant within a Professional Service/Client Facing environment.

This is an excellent time to join the Firm as they have exciting growth plans for the next 12 months.

The role is fully office based and the hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
