38.75 hours per week, Monday to Friday (No weekend working)

We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Warehouse Supervisor / Team Leader to join our team. This role requires someone who can lead by example, maintain high standards, and keep the team motivated and productive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the warehouse team, ensuring efficient operations.
- Maintain attention to detail and ensure the warehouse runs smoothly.
- Work collaboratively with the current team, including manual handling tasks.
- Manage the unloading of an average of 2 containers per week (or more), involving handballing.
- Operate a forklift (Counter Balance FLT licence essential).
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven track record of supervision in a warehouse environment.
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and move the team forward.
- Prepared to engage in manual handling tasks.
- Essential: Valid Counter Balance FLT licence.
