CCP are delighted to be working with a new client that operate within the financial services space, who are expanding due to exceptional business performance. We are supporting them as they look to recruit 5-7 talented IVA Advisors on a full-time basis starting on ASAP in their offices in Cheadle, just outside of Stockport.

About The Role
As an IVA Advisor, you will be speaking with clients in detail about their current situation including recording all creditor details along with taking a full income and expenditure. Once this is complete and you have assessed the details, you need to identify what the best solution is for the client to clear their debt as soon as possible.
Duties & Responsibilities
This exciting role has a number of key responsibilities:
- To uphold impeccable telephone manner, ensuring you are empathetic with all clients you speak with.
- To outbound call warm leads who have been qualified.
- To objection handle to a high standard.
- To be able to self-motivate and be ambitious with how much you can earn.
Salary & Benefits
This role is paying a basic salary of £30,000. In addition, you will receive an OTE of £55,000 which is paid in the form of monthly commission.
Hours
Monday to Thursday: 8am to 8pm (3x shifts: 8am to 4:30pm, 10am to 6:30pm, 11:30am to 8pm)
Friday: 9am to 4pm
Saturday: 9am to 4pm (working 1 in every 3 Saturdays, with the following Friday off in lieu)
Experience Required
To be considered for this brilliant opportunity, you must have 12 months or more experience in either an IVA sales or debt management sales roles.
