- We are looking for an energetic Junior Sous Chef to join the team here at this 5* Hotel in London
- This role will be divided as 40 hours over 5 days.
- We are looking for a Sous chef who can assist out Executive Head Chef with menu planning, inventory, and managing of supplies as well as supervising the Kitchen and Chefs.
