Performance Analyst

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a Performance Analyst. As a Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and monitoring key performance indicators, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and providing actionable insights to help drive performance and efficiency across the organisation.

Requirements

Key responsibilities of the Performance Analyst include:

  • Analyse and interpret performance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
  • Prepare and present reports and dashboards detailing performance metrics to management and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with different teams and departments to gather relevant data and ensure accurate reporting
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains based on data analysis
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of data management and reporting systems
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and trends in performance analysis
  • Communicate findings and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Identifying where there are key gaps in data which prevent the gathering of insight, business improvement and greater automation of services
  • Employ appropriate techniques and methodologies within the analytical approaches in order to provide assurance that any findings or recommendations have validity.
  • Use data visualisation to present findings in a clear and understanding way to the business.
  • Provide evidenced based recommendations for improving business practices

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Proven experience in performance analysis, data analysis, or a similar role
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in data visualisation and reporting tools
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex data sets
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts and findings in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Salary: £29,582 per annum
  • Annual salary increment increases
  • 27 days annual leave (rising to 32 over 5 years' service) + bank holidays
  • Hybrid working, 1 day a week in the Halifax or Blackburn Office.
