Key Responsibilities:
- Guide potential buyers through the purchasing process, from initial inquiry to closing the sale.
- Present and showcase new homes to prospective clients, providing detailed information about the properties and the community.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and helping them find their ideal home.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the success of our team.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor products.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in new homes sales or a similar role in the estate agency sector.
- Exceptional sales and customer service skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Willingness to work weekends, as required in this dynamic industry.
