As a Data Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting end users, analysing data sets, and contributing to technical projects and system upgrades. - ?? Setup, support, and enhance regular scheduled reports.
- ?? Create, manage, and customise user accounts, permissions, reports, and dashboards in Salesforce & Sage ERP.
- ??? Troubleshoot issues related to business systems.
- ?? Perform data cleansing, imports, exports, migrations, and updates.
- ?? Collect, present, and assist in data analysis.
- ?? Provide support to both onsite and remote users via ticketing system, covering business applications like Sage X3, SQL, Power BI, Salesforce, and Hubspot.
- ?? Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- �? Assist in technical projects and system upgrades.
- ?? Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- ?? Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- ?? Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy when handling data.
- ?? Confident in providing support in-person, over the phone, or through video conferencing platforms like Zoom/Teams.
- ?? Experience using Microsoft Excel is essential.
- �? GCSE English & Maths (C or above).
