Job Title: Estate Agent Branch Manager
Location: Sutton Coldfield
Basic Salary: up to £27,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)
On Target Earnings: £36,000+ (uncapped)

Our market leading client is looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Branch Manager who wishes to forge a career within a highly successful Estate Agent in Sutton Coldfield.

This role is for an existing Branch Managers, Sales Managers, Senior Valuers, or even Valuers, wishing to take that next step in their career. You will have the ability to build excellent rapport with your team, lead by example and have the skill to mentor and influence in a positive way.

Ideally you will have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a team leader role within the industry, an excellent track record in both selling property and generating new business. You will not be required to do any valuing yourself, just the management of the branch.
