Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Your Own Cases: Manage a caseload independently, with a focus on serious injury claims. Multi-track experience is ideal, but fast-track candidates are also welcome.
- Collaborate with Experts: Work closely with medical professionals, handle disclosure, and prepare detailed witness statements.
- Exclusive Claimant Representation: Be the advocate for claimants in high-stakes, life-changing cases.
