Established in the early noughties, this business has built a strong reputation for delivering excellent standards or service to their prestigious clients, encompassing areas of buying, selling and renting.
Ideal for a determined and outgoing sales professional, the job holder will be joining a bustling team to help deliver excellent client services and close negotiations for the business.
Your Roles and Responsibilities:
While in this position your duties may include but will not be limited to:
- Working collaboratively as part of a growing and energetic team of Sales Consultants
- Conducting market appraisals
- Handling sales negotiations with clients
- Providing regular market updates and viewing feedback to landlords and vendors
What you will need to Apply:
The ideal candidate for this role will have extensive experience in handling high net worth international clients, although not necessarily corporate clients, and
MUST
have significant exposure to the
real estate sector and market
- It goes without saying that applicants must have exquisite communication abilities as well.
What you will get in Return:
For the successful candidate a starting base salary of up to £35,000 will be on offer, which will be highly dependent on previous experience within a comparable role. This will accompany the ability to earn fantastic uncapped OTEs however the company have mentioned this could be up to
£70,000
