We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Primary Teacher to join a brand-new primary school in Luton. This role is set to commence in September 2024 and is ideal for both experienced teachers and those at the beginning of their teaching career, including Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) and Early Career Teachers (ECTs).

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lesson plans that educate and inspire young learners, adhering to the national curriculum.
  • Assess student progress, record findings, and provide constructive feedback to support their academic and personal growth.
  • Foster a dynamic, inclusive, and secure learning environment that accommodates all students.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to enhance student learning and well-being.
  • Engage in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to refine teaching practices.
  • Employ diverse teaching strategies to meet the varied learning needs and preferences of students.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • A robust grasp of the primary curriculum and effective instructional techniques.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to create a positive learning atmosphere and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
  • Open to Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) and Early Career Teachers (ECTs).
