Salary - £29,600 to £32,600 per annum
Length - 6+ month ongoing contract

We're looking for motivated and effective team players with great problem-solving skills, who are committed to delivering high quality repairs and improvement works to delight our customers.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week
You will be part of a well-established Trades Team working together to deliver a high quality, efficient and responsive service to our customers. You will undertake a wide range of tasks including repairs, maintenance, refurbishments, and upgrades to a range of residential housing.
You must be time served in all aspects of your trade and have excellent problem-solving skills. You will be expected to carry out a full range of activities associated with the qualifications of the post. You should be motivated, enthusiastic, have excellent customer care skills and be an effective team player.
Your Role;
- Customer Service skills
- Driving Licence
- Qualified with recognised trade qualification, eg. City & Guild
- NVQ3 etc
- Disclosure Scotland (DBS)
