Due to further growth we are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join the team, this is a excellent role for a candidate with either lettings or estate agency experience and is looking for a role and business with long term prospects.
You will be working in a team of 8 with lots of experience across the industry enabling you to learn and develop in the role and in time take on more responsibility across the business. The team in place are fun and energetic so we are looking for someone with lots of personality and character, If this sounds like the role for you we would welcome your application.
Lettings Negotiator Duties
- Registering new applications
- Conducting accompanied viewings
- Negotiating move in dates, rent & furnishing between tenant and landlord
- Gathering relevant information and documentation for referencing
- Booking valuations for the Senior Negotiator/Valuer
Lettings Negotiator Skills
- Excellent communication skills written & verbal
- Previous property experience i.e letting or estate agency
- Full clean drivers license and own car Lettings Negotiator Package
- £22k - £25k OTE £29K - £31k
- Monday to Friday 9am- 5:30pm (Early finish on Fridays)
- 1 in 7 Saturdays to be worked
- 22 days holiday plus Bank holidays and a additional day for your birthday
- Funded ARLA Exam
