Description

We are seeking an experienced and talented Online Reputation Manager to join our team. As an Online Reputation Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing our digital presence, ensuring a positive and trustworthy image for our company. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining our brand reputation across various online platforms.

In this role, you will analyse online feedback, reviews, and comments on social media platforms and review sites. You will develop strategies to respond effectively to both positive and negative feedback, mitigating any potential damage to our reputation and promoting positive sentiment. You will work closely with our marketing and customer service teams to develop and implement reputation management initiatives.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of social media, online review platforms, and search engine optimization (SEO) techniques. You must be a skilled communicator with the ability to engage with customers and stakeholders effectively. A high level of professionalism and interpersonal skills is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor online mentions and comments about our company and products
  • Respond promptly to online feedback, addressing both positive and negative comments
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve our online reputation
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create engaging and positive content for our digital platforms
  • Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to build a positive image
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to address customer concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Analyse data and metrics to track and report on the success of reputation management initiatives

Requirements

  • Experience with Trustpilot and Feefo
  • Proven experience in online reputation management or related roles
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and online review sites
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in SEO techniques and strategies
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data and metrics
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
