?? Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with printing and reproduction tasks using various equipment, including printers, scanners, and copiers ??
- Perform quality checks on printed materials, ensuring they meet the client's specifications ?
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate major problems to the appropriate team member ???
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally ?????
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet deadlines and prioritise work efficiently ?
- Ensure the printing room is kept clean and organised at all times ??
?? Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong attention to detail and quality control, ensuring accurate reproduction of materials �?
- Previous experience in Reprographics/printing is essential ???
