  • Provide product information and support to customers.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a manufacturing or related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
