Robertson Bell are working with a not for profit organisation to recruit an Interim Access CRM Support Officer for a Nine month contract. The role is part time and will work 20-25 hours per week (preferably split over five days however other patterns could be considered). The main responsibilities of the Interim Access CRM Support Officer are:
- Take the lead in all things Access CRM for the fundraising team.
- Run various reports on previous fundraising information to provide to the wider team.
- Fix errors made on the Access CRM system.
- Ensure the system is up to date and information is relevant.
- Assist the team with both easy and more complicated system queries.
The role joins a close knit and friendly team and could go permanent if desired. The role is based in the Southeast of Dorset and offers hybrid working. The role adds real value to a team who will be grateful and appreciative of the work produced. The successful candidate will:
- Have strong experience of Access CRM/ Access Charity CRM.
- Be able to produce reports and pull information from Access CRM.
- Be immediately available or available at short notice.
