Key Responsibilities as a People Business Partner

  • Responsible for supporting the delivery of people related policies and practices
  • Creating employee experience frameworks
  • Translate business requirements into tangible outcomes/initiatives.
  • Coach managers on formulating effective goals, performance targets and development opportunities
  • Manage promotion and pay cycle processes

Core experience, Qualifications, and Skills

  • 5 years minimum generalist HR experience
  • Experience managing HR projects to tight budgets and strict deadlines
  • Level 5 CIPD
  • Renumeration and reward experience
  • Experience creating employee experience frameworks
