**About the Role:
As a Nursery Nurse at this exceptional Children's Centre, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and well-being of children aged 0-5 years. You will be part of a dynamic team committed to delivering the highest quality of early years education, ensuring every child has the best start in life.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional care and education for children, fostering a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
- Plan and implement engaging activities that promote early learning and development across all areas of the EYFS framework.
- Support children with varying needs, working closely with families and external professionals to ensure each child reaches their full potential.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment in line with safeguarding policies and procedures.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff, contributing to the positive and welcoming ethos of the Centre.
**About You:
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (or equivalent) is essential.
- Previous experience working as a Nursery Nurse or within an Early Years setting.
- A passion for working with young children and a commitment to fostering their development and well-being.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
