Panel beaters / Vehicle Preppers / SMART Repair / Polisher / Oven rectification / Masking / MET Technicians / Strip Fitters
We currently have positions available within the bodyshop for vehicle Preppers, Polishers, SMART Repairers, Vehicle Strip fitters and panel beaters (light repairs only) and Oven rectification, on a permanent basis, to carry out all small, localised repairs, internally and externally on the vehicles within a state-of-the-art vehicle refurbishment centre.
You will need to have some bodyshop / vehicle repair experience to be successful in securing a position, and we can offer an immediate start.
The Job: Prepper / SMART repair / Polisher / Quick Fix / Panel beater /Strip fitter
Your role could involve any of the following, depending on your position:
- Polishing existing paint work
- Oven rectification / fresh paint polish
- Prepping and priming
- Stripping and refitting bumpers, bonnets, wing mirrors, door handles ect
- Filler repairs on panels and dent pulling
- Windscreen repairs
- Masking cars prior to paint work
- Minor paint work touch ups
- Plastic and interior repairs
- Scratch removals
- Leather Repairs
- Assistance with any other tasks as directed.
- Work within specified times and work in line with repair methods
Job experience: Panel beaters / Vehicle Preppers / SMART Repair / Polisher / Oven rectification / Masking / MET Technicians / Strip Fitters
- You will be experienced working within the automotive sector working as a Smart Repairer / Polisher or Vehicle Prepper or panel beater, strip fitter.
- You will understand repair methods required for this job role.
