IT Project Manager (Group operations)
Basingstoke (hybrid- 2 days per week onsite as a minimum).
£60,000-£70,000 base + comprehensive benefits
We are looking to hire an experienced Project Manager to join us on our journey as we adapt to a new operating model, and begin to increase our change maturity levels.
As Project Manager you will sit within our new group change delivery team located centrally within the business, and report in to our Portfolio Delivery Manager.
In this hands-on project delivery focused PM role you will be responsible for the delivery of a wide variety of change projects impacting many of the operational departments. Projects will vary from technology, digitisation of process, business change, HR change and building and location strategy and more.
You will be responsible for;
- the delivery of projects across the entire project lifecycle through to BAU status and closure.
- Identification, management and resolution of RAID.
- Create clear and succinct status updates.
- Ownership of project budget.
- Providing effective and efficient project status updates and reporting.
Key skills and experience:
- Proven Project Management experience of the end to end lifecycle.
- Proven experience in the delivery of IT, business and operationally focused projects.
- Previous experience in managing project budgets.
- Strong stakeholder communication and relationship building.
- Experience of working in the the financial services sector is essential.
