Sales Development Representative

  • Location: Solihull
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 hrs – 17:30 hrs
  • Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Sales Development Representative to join a successful SaaS company based in Solihull. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective companies to convert new business opportunities. This role involves initiating contact through calls, emails, or other methods to arrange online demonstrations that showcase the value of services.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Conduct at least 60 calls a day to prospective clients, aiming to deliver a minimum of 5 web-based appointments per week.
  • Utilise CRM to its full potential to record activity, conversations, and KPIs.
  • Produce accurate and robust forecasting of your appointment pipeline.
  • Support your Account Executive by providing qualified first appointments to achieve new business revenue for monthly subscriptions and services.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand the size of the opportunity and produce campaigns within your vertical sector.
  • Manage an average of 500+ outstanding tasks on an ongoing basis.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of sales experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially over the telephone.
  • A high level of energy and enthusiasm in day-to-day work.
  • Ability to organise a large number of activities and tasks daily.
  • A collaborative approach to working with other team members.
  • Effective time management skills.
