Pay
The pay rate for is a competitive £84 to £90 per day, subject to experience.
When
We are looking for Teaching Assistants who are looking for work after the October half term holidays.
About you
The successful Teaching Assistant will be responsible for the progress and attainment of a high achieving KS1/KS2 class. In addition to this, you will work collaboratively with the class teacher and support the academic attainment of children on a one-to-one and/or small group basis.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Assist teachers in delivering lessons, managing classroom activities, and maintaining a positive learning environment
- Provide one-on-one support to pupils with learning challenges, ensuring their understanding of the curriculum
- Assist in the preparation of teaching materials, including setting up equipment and organising resources for lessons
- Build a positive rapport with all pupils based on trust and mutual respect
- Work effectively as a team player with the key stage and wider staff to share advice, resources and best practice
