Experienced SEN Learning Support Assistant's
Location: Weston-super-Mare, Bristol, South Glos
Job Description:
We are seeking experienced SEN Learning Support Assistant's (LSA) to work within various schools in Weston-super-Mare, Bristol and Gloucestershire. In this role, you will work closely with SEN children either 1:1 or in small groups.

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with SEN or autistic students, particularly in early years settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage students from diverse backgrounds and abilities
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build a strong relationship with the student
- Excellent organizational skills to assist in managing classroom activities and materials
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the child
