Your new company
Your new company is a well-established National House Builder. Due to a very strong pipeline of work, they are looking to recruit a Senior QS to join the Bristol team.
Your new role
- Work alongside the commercial team, reporting to the Commercial Manager, ensuring the commercial success of the project
- To work as a member of the team to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget to a very high standard.
- Monthly CVR reporting
- Subcontractor management of payments / accounts
- Review of commercial gains / losses available
- Work closely with the site team, clients and professional consultants to understand the progress of the project
- Procurement and management of the supply chain
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience working at a National House builder
- Experience in Modular Build is preferred but not essential.
- Prior experience as a Senior QS
- Strong procurement, budgeting, forecasting and reporting skills
- Excellent IT, analytical and negotiation skills
- Ability to compile a CVR
