We are seeking an experienced Civils Manager for new fibre builds across Cornwall.
You must have a strong Civils background, as you will be responsible for delivering multiple construction builds.
Salary up to £55K DOE, Company Vehicle, pension and excellent company benefits.
The primary duties include the responsibility for the following:
- Manage supervisors and teams across several live builds.
- Staff development.
- Project delivery of multiple construction builds.
- Monitor delivery and performance.
- Work to tight SLAs.
- Maintain a high standard of quality.
- Management reporting.
- Problem-solving day-to-day issues.
- Oversee the running of all Field Operations.
- Liaise with stakeholders.
- Comply with Health & Safety and environmental policies.
The ideal candidate for this role should have the following skills & qualifications:
- Two years minimum experience in Telecoms FTTx and PIA Networks at a management level.
- Experience in Managing multiple builds and teams across a region.
- Effective Leadership and communication skills.
- Extensive knowledge of NRSWA, SROH, Notices and Permits.
- Management experience Dealing with operational Teams at all levels.
- Good awareness of Health & Safety and Quality Assurance.
- NRSWA Accreditation.
- Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills.
- Organised and Professional.
