We are delighted to be working closely with a brilliant company based in Uxbridge, they are looking for a new Senior Accounts Payable Assistant to join their growing and supportive team and manage a team of 3!

Do you have experience within a construction industry? Do you enjoy working in a fast paced environment? Have you previously managed a team?
Accounts Payable Assistant Duties:
- Scanning and sorting invoices
- Processing a high volume of invoices
- Coding and matching invoices to purchase orders
- Resolving invoice differences
- Requesting return and credit notes
- Reconciling suppliers' statements
- Preparing payment runs
