Location: Office-based (commutable to Central/South London)

**The Role
You'll be responsible for overseeing a team that manages critical workflow processes and delivers high-quality service to clients and candidates. Reporting to senior management, this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact on operational efficiency, team performance, and customer experience.
**Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of the Results team, ensuring efficient service delivery and quality standards.
- Provide direction, coaching, and performance management for team members of varying experience levels.
- Maintain robust systems and processes, including document workflows and medical portals.
- Handle escalated complaints and non-conformities with professionalism and urgency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical and commercial teams to ensure seamless service.
- Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing team members.
- Drive a culture of professionalism, customer excellence, and continuous improvement.
**What You'll Bring
- Proven experience managing teams in a customer-focused or clinical/occupational health setting.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, including recruitment, appraisals, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
