Role - Lead Analyst
Rate - £350/Day Inside IR35
Location: Peterborough, UK
Contract Duration: 2 years
Freelance / B2B Contract
40 Hours per week / Full Time
Job Description:
- Monitor, train, and mentor Analysts' work across different projects and impart guidance.
- Engage in strategic client discussions.
- Possess complete functional knowledge in Sales, Service, Experience, and Integration (REST, SOAP, Middleware).
- Good knowledge of data mapping from Legacy to Salesforce using middleware/integration technologies.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Data Model, API capabilities, and declarative tools.
- Experience with integration patterns (point to point, middleware, ETL) and architectural principles.
- Knowledge of web services, API management, and data transformation technologies (XML, JSON, etc.).
- Knowledge of middleware platforms.
Communication Skills:
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language and vice versa, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and development teams.
Minimum Years of Experience Required:
- 10+ years.
Required Top Skills:
- Salesforce Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, and Middleware/Integration.
