Location: Hendon, North London (NW9)

Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum depending on experience

Benefits: 25 days of holiday per annum, hybrid working possible after probationary period

Key Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for customer service calls
  • Categorize and manage service calls, resolving queries where possible
  • Organize service calls and allocate to relevant departments
  • Support booking installations and service visits
  • Assist with improving the company's Net Promoter Score process
  • Apply for regulatory certificates for installations
  • General admin duties

Skills and Attributes:

  • Excellent listener with a friendly, positive attitude
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer-focused and highly organized
  • Problem solver with initiative
  • Team player with a can-do attitude
  • Flexible and willing to assist with various tasks

Experience:

  • Customer service or call center experience
  • Office administration skills
  • Computer literate
  • Renewable energy sector experience is a plus
