Citrus Recruit are excited to be working exclusively with an automotive parts distributor to recruit for an experienced Marketing Executive.
This is a hands-on role where you will be supporting the MD with delivering the marketing strategy and using your initiative to increase brand awareness, engage new customers and drive business growth.
There is a lot of variation to the role where you will be responsible for all aspects of digital marketing but also supporting the wider team with any marketing collateral, including designing leaflets, social media posts and content writing for publications.
This is an office-based position, where you will be expected to be in the office 5 days per week. As the business grows and expands their B2C client base and marketing strategy, there is progression for someone to take on more responsibility and grow within the company.
Responsibilities & day to day duties
As a Marketing Executive you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Managing Director and the wider team with delivering the marketing strategy.
- Design and provide marketing materials, resources, and support to the sales team, whether it be for digital purposes or print.
- Create engaging content (blog posts, articles, videos) for distribution to customers and social media.
- Manage the social media channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
- Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to regularly contact customers and drive sales.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media.
- Manage the website, ensuring everything is up to date and maximise website traffic.
- Co-ordinate and participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Track and analyse marketing performance to measure ROI and optimise strategies.
Skills & experience required.
- Proven experience in marketing, ideally in a B2B and B2C environment
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and tactics.
- Knowledge of print marketing techniques and best practices.
- Creative ability, use of Photoshop, Adobe and other marketing and design tools
