Job Title: Primary Early Career Teacher (ECT)

Salary: £130 - £180 per day

About the Role:
GSL Education are actively seeking a qualified Primary Early Career Teacher for immediate placement at client schools in Hexham. As a Primary ECT, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping a positive learning environment, fostering collaboration between students and faculty, and contributing to the overall success of our educational programs.
Primary ECT Role:
- Plan and deliver dynamic and engaging lessons to primary school students.
- Offer individualized assistance to students, aiding them in understanding complex concepts and achieving academic excellence.
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting student participation and collaboration.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create innovative teaching strategies and resources.
- Contribute to the holistic development of students by nurturing their social and emotional well-being.
- Gain valuable hands-on experience in a lively educational setting, ideal for those aspiring to make a significant impact in primary education.
The successful candidate will:
- Hold a bachelor's degree in education or a related field.
- Be available for work Monday to Friday.
- Be proactive, energetic, kind, and caring.
- Have an enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to go through the process with us).
- Provide a fully checkable work history.
