?? Position: Temporary Receptionist
?? Pay: £12 per hour
?? Start Date: ASAP
?? Location: Sheffield
?? Contract Length: Ongoing
?? Working Pattern: 8am - 6pm
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanour.
- Answering the phoneline in a timely manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintaining the reception area, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
- Assisting with administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and photocopying.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
- Professional and well-presented with a friendly and approachable personality.
