An excellent opportunity for an experienced Account Manager/ Buyer/ Category Manager to join our clients' busy and successful team! This is an exciting time to join our client who are experiencing substantial growth for the year ahead.
We're looking for someone with experience working for healthcare or beauty brands, within a buying or account management role. Working closely with sales and marketing, you will be an integral part of the team, responsible for creating retail strategies and managing business plans, assisting in creating and implementing marketing plans.
Title: Brand Manager
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum
Location: Bracknell
Responsibilities:
- Building strong trading relationships with retailers
- Analysing sales performance to identify consumer trends
- Creating and pitching NPD presentations
- Collating sales performance data to share internally and externally
- Checking and approving retail promotional reports
- Forecasting sales activity to optimise growth opportunities
- Creating new opportunities to grow revenue and increase market share
- Liaising with commercial and operational teams for new product and brand launches
- Researching competitor product ranges to successfully compete
- Attending brand and briefing meetings
Skills and experience:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager/ Category Manager/ Buyer
- An understanding of retail account management and product launching
- Strong administration and analytical skills
- Excellent organisation and communication abilities
- A proactive and energetic character, able to build strong relationships with customers
