They are now seeking an experienced Utilities Coordinator to coordinate main laying and service connections. This role involves scheduling and overseeing the full project lifecycle for utility installations, ensuring timely, efficient and high-quality execution. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage programming for main laying installations and service connections.
- Scheduling in order to meet client deadlines.
- Collaborate with metering & streetworks teams to align on section 50 (NRSWA) compliance
- Client communication to confirm programming dates.
- Provide weekly performance reports and maintain KPIs.
Skills and experience required:
- Experience in programming or scheduling within utilities.
- Strong communication skills for internal and external coordination.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines.
- A positive, client-focused approach to service delivery.
