Pay rate: £26.45 p/h inside IR35.

IO Associates seeks a HR Advisor for the Filton site. Join a global aerospace leader specializing in commercial and military aircraft, helicopters, defense, and space sectors. Responsibilities
- Serve as main contact for employees and managers.
- Advise on recruitment and HR processes like Workday.
- Handle employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Support HR leaders and employees through various HR activities.
Skills Required
- Possess strong IT and data analytics skills for informed decision-making.
- Demonstrate adaptability and autonomy while collaborating effectively in teams.
- Knowledge of Google Suite would be beneficial.
- Familiarity with Workday would be advantageous.
- Exhibit effective communication, stakeholder management, teamwork, and networking skills.
- Capable of persuading, negotiating, and taking initiative.
