I am recruiting for an Admissions and Administration Coordinator, where you will be the first point of contact for stakeholders, creating a positive first impression and providing essential support to the dedicated staff. This role is crucial in facilitating smooth school operations and ensuring effective communication between parents, staff, and the wider school community.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Serve as the welcoming face of the school, greeting stakeholders and ensuring a positive first impression.
- Provide efficient administrative support to staff, contributing to the smooth running of the school.
- Advise parents and school staff by telephone, email, and letter on all aspects concerning school admissions.
- Utilise exceptional communication skills to handle inquiries and provide information with clarity and professionalism.
- Employ a flexible and adaptable approach to work, effectively managing a fast-paced environment.
- Prioritise tasks, manage deadlines, and work independently to meet the needs of the school.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, relevant administrative software, and school systems.
