Job Title: Front of House Executive

Location: Farringdon

Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time

Hours: 8:30am-17:00pm

Salary: Up to £25,000 annually

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure clients feel supported and valued throughout their working day �?
  • Greet and welcome tenants and visitors, directing them to the appropriate person or floor �?
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area, ensuring it is organised at all times ��
  • Receive and sort daily post and deliveries ??
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and assistance ??
  • Answer phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate department or take detailed messages ??
  • Programme access fobs as requested ??
  • Respond to tenants' daily office and building queries, ensuring any maintenance requests are addressed promptly and communicated effectively to the facilities team ??
  • Conduct daily visual checks to ensure the building meets the organisation's high standards �?
  • Report any maintenance or facility issues to the Facilities Manager and update the maintenance task list ???
  • Prepare the building for viewings in a timely manner ?
  • Ensure communal kitchens are stocked with supplies such as tea, coffee, and sugar ?
  • Maintain effective communication within the team, providing updates on your whereabouts to ensure smooth coordination of tasks and activities ???
  • Escalate any tenants' issues or important information to the appropriate channels within the organisation ??
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including sorting and forwarding virtual tenant post, organising meeting room bookings, and updating building documentation ??
  • Keep the CRM system updated to log client requests and charges, ensuring accuracy in billing ??
  • Contribute to the move-in and move-out process for tenants, including inventory creation and assisting with deposit returns ??
  • Upload relevant building and client documents to the shared database for easy accessibility ??

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour ??
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal ???
  • Ability to multitask and remain organised in a fast-paced environment ??
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software ??
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and problem-solve independently ??

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Previous experience in a similar front-of-house or customer service role �?
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and database management ??
  • Knowledge of facilities management and maintenance processes ???
