Pay rate: £165 to £202 per day + holiday pay (Equivalent to £42,500 to £53,000)
Contract duration: 8 months (possibly extending to 1 year)

Our client is a global technology leader. They are seeking an exceptionally bright, multitasking, and self-motivated Executive Assistance to support the Director of EMEA Tech team.
The team is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.
This exciting role requires superior attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, great organisational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple critical requests. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is important.
The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the total picture.

Key responsibilities

  • Proactively coordinate and engage with leadership in planning and organizing events, activities, and calendars
  • Manage complex calendar and scheduling requirements
  • Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and following up on outstanding items
  • Act as a liaison for direct reports
  • Manage group logistics
  • Scheduling complex and cost-effective travel (domestic and international).
  • Participate in planning of events
  • Work with other assistants throughout the Sales, Marketing, and Global Services team and across the rest of the company

Requirements

  • 5+ years of senior level leadership support experience in an executive/personal assistant role
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Experience with executive level calendar management
  • Experience with domestic or international travel coordination

  • Experience handling administrative details independently, while exercising good judgment in keeping team members adequately informed
  • Experience leading process improvements
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
