With a consistent pipeline of active projects and long-term client relationships, they are looking for an exceptionally organised Project Coordinator to help keep everything running smoothly.

Job Specification

Coordinate ongoing projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes

Plan team workloads, set priorities, and manage resource allocation

Serve as the point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders

Build and maintain collaborative relationships with clients, suppliers, and external partners

Support quoting, invoicing, and project documentation in collaboration with the commercial team

Help respond to new business enquiries and support account development activities

Promote the company's services and values in all external communications

Person Specification

Strong team player who enjoys supporting others and taking initiative

Has excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

Loves keeping things organised

Has the confidence to manage projects and delegate tasks when needed

Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Can stay calm under pressure while working across multiple projects
