Property & Estates Manager required for a short term interim role( 2-3 months) with a regional Council.
To lead and manager all aspects of the Property and Estates Service.
Managing the maintenance of all commercial, operational, civic, and leisure property assets.
Overseeing capital projects
Financial Management
Leadership of a large team.
Strong customer focus
Experience in the public sector would be an advantage.
RICS membership
5 years experience of a similar role
