Customer Service Administrator

Elevation Recruitment are searching for a Customer Service Administrator, on behalf of a Bradford-based Manufacturing business. This role will be a key contact for customers and assist the sales and purchasing teams to ensure smooth processing of orders, through to delivery.

Key responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator:

  • Process sales orders
  • Keep track of orders and update customers on order status
  • Manage customer accounts and maintain positive relationships
  • Answer any customer enquiries
  • Provide quotations and follow up with customers
  • Work with procurement to order necessary stock

The Customer Service Administrator will need:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Experience working in a customer focused environment
  • Strong organisation abilities
  • Administration experience
