We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join the school on a full-time, long-term basis. This role is essential for supporting our dynamic teaching staff and students, involving close collaboration with teachers.
Responsibilities include assisting with lesson preparation, delivering interventions, and providing one-on-one support to students. This position is available due to an expansion of our support team, reflecting our commitment to exceptional educational support.
You will work with small class sizes, allowing for personalised attention and a focused learning environment. This role stands out as it offers the unique opportunity to be part of a supportive and experienced team within a welcoming school community, providing substantial professional growth and the chance to make a significant impact on student's educational journeys.
Responsibilities:-
- Assist teachers with the planning and delivery of lessons, and provide targeted support to students who need extra help.
- Help maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
- Contribute to the assessment of student progress and provide feedback to support their development.
- Engage with students in after-school activities and school trips as required.
