Key Responsibilities
As our HR Business Partner, you will:
- Oversee and Manage TUPE Consultations: Conduct detailed consultations for multiple contractors and businesses, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulously manage data and documentation, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Recruitment: Assist with recruitment processes as needed, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
- Learning & Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of L&D initiatives.
- Employee Relations: Handle ER cases with professionalism and empathy, providing sound advice and support.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
- CIPD Level 5: Minimum qualification required.
- Proven TUPE Experience: Demonstrated experience in managing TUPE processes is essential.
