Are you an ambitious HR admin looking to join a HR team that are making a real difference?

Do you want to work in a close-knit HR team, and get exposure to all elements across the employee lifecycle?

I am exclusively supporting a fantastic Head of People to source a HR Coordinator into their small but perfectly formed HR team. This role will be a fully generalist HR role, working in a HR team supporting c1000 employees, looking after the end to end employee lifecycle, HR System administration, recruitment, data reporting and will have exposure to various HR projects.

You will be working with a brilliant HR system that does a huge amount for you, but acting as the 'go-to' person for managers on any employee lifecycle transactional tasks. You will be working with a HR Advisor that will lead on all employee relations casework, whilst you support with note taking and issuing letters and documentation. You will be working closely with managers to obtain correct right to work and compliance documentation for new starters and all leavers. You'll also advice on HR systems queries about how to book holiday and log sickness correctly, and so much more.

So, what's the role?

  • Managing the end to end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, contracts, onboarding, performance and leavers
  • Looking after the HR System and making sure all changes and documentation are logged correctly
  • Reporting on data for the Head of People to utilise at board meetings
  • Supporting on change projects such as Diversity & Inclusion, Health & Wellbeing and Performance processes
  • Working closely with the rest of the HR team to ensure the best possible service is given to the business
  • Write internal communications for the business on key HR updates

So, what am I looking for?

  • Someone with a minimum of 1-2 years HR administration experience who's looking to move up into a HR Coordinator role
  • An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
  • An ambitious and driven person who really wants to work closely with the wider HR team and build relationships with stakeholders
  • Someone who can flex to the business need and is happy to get stuck in wherever they are needed
  • Someone who is happy to be onsite in Leicester full time
