Our client is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Administrator to join their dynamic and supportive team. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service and will play a key role in ensuring exceptional support for both new and existing customers. This role will be temporary with a view to go permanent!
As a key member of the team, your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for customer queries via phone and email.
- Managing the customer ticket system
- Handling online quotations and orders
- Inputting orders into the system
- Supporting with delivery issues and demonstrating empathy when resolving problems
- Assisting the team with other administrative duties as required
The ideal candidate will:
- Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Have at least 1 year in customer service
- Thrive in a high-pressure environment
- Demonstrate great attention to detail
