Customer Service Administrator

Our client is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Administrator to join their dynamic and supportive team. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service and will play a key role in ensuring exceptional support for both new and existing customers. This role will be temporary with a view to go permanent!

As a key member of the team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for customer queries via phone and email.
  • Managing the customer ticket system
  • Handling online quotations and orders
  • Inputting orders into the system
  • Supporting with delivery issues and demonstrating empathy when resolving problems
  • Assisting the team with other administrative duties as required

The ideal candidate will:

  • Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Have at least 1 year in customer service
  • Thrive in a high-pressure environment
  • Demonstrate great attention to detail
