Sales & Lettings Administrator

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established independent Letting, Property Management Agency based in Bradley Stoke. They are looking for an experienced Lettings Administrator or Property Consultant to join their award winning team.

Previous experience in similar role within the property industry is essential. You will need to have enthusiasm, dedication, excellent customer service skills and be looking for a challenging and rewarding role.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and take enquiries as well as booking in clients for sales and lettings viewings.
  • Prepare all viewing lists ensuring tenants are provided with adequate notice for access.
  • Be responsible for all tenant renewals and liaising with both tenants and landlords.
  • To complete all paperwork accurately according to company procedures.
  • To communicate effectively and professionally with customers and be polite and courteous to tenants and landlords at all times.
  • Pre check-in assessments of property.
  • Property inventories.
  • Checking In tenants.
  • Checking out tenants.
  • Marketing photos.
  • Marketing video tours.
  • Property inspections.
  • Property viewings.
