HR Co-Ordinator
to be the heartbeat of their HR Operations team! Reporting directly to the HR Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting employees across the business, ensuring smooth operations throughout the employee lifecycle.
What You'll Do:
- Be the first line of support for HR queries, expertly managing the HR inbox and ticketing system.
- Take charge of minute-taking in employee relations meetings, crafting frameworks, scripts, and documentation.
- Keep the HRIS system, HiBob, up-to-date with accurate employee data and perform regular data integrity checks.
- Guide employees and managers on policies and processes, from benefits to performance management.
- Manage flexible working, parental leave, and other essential HR processes, ensuring compliance and consistency.
- Support the rollout and administration of company benefits schemes.
- Collaborate on HR projects, data reporting, and compliance, always focusing on continuous improvement.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in HR Administration or Co-ordination.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, with the ability to guide and support employees effectively.
- Proficiency in HRIS technology (experience with HiBob is a plus!).
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and a passion for delivering excellence.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for solving problems.
